Founded Weird Labs and leads its engineering. Came to software from finance and operations — revenue growth, SaaS metrics, process design — which is why every build starts with how the business actually runs, not with the tech. Owns architecture across the studio's custom software, ERP and agentic AI work, and maintains its open-source Django libraries.
